Glenda Blackwell had a different plan when her husband asked her to purchase two Powerball tickets. She bought a Carolina Millions ticket instead, and planned to show and prove to her husband that buying lottery tickets were a waste of money. Things turned around for better when the $10 ticket purchased was a $1 million dollar winner.
