The creation of blogs and website posts in WordPress has been interesting, and running at an amazingly fast pace. Soon after creating a post, we have to put together material to create another post, we had to learn about infographics and how to create one, then attempt to create one and post before we could even decide what an infographic would be about. Maybe I’m overthinking the process, but this is a situation where everything is moving at warp speed and I’m stuck in second gear, only I haven’t even gotten out of first gear yet with the infographics.
Our next task involves creating yet another blog post, and I am without a topic, graphic or any other valuable content. In time I may be able to develop some more readable content in the future. So far I learned how to create a blog, how to post a blog to a website, creating a website in WordPress, editing and submitting text and saving drafts in WordPress, submitting finished copy to post, using easel.ly to create infographics, editing an infographic, changing the background and posting or submitting an infographic. I have yet to create an original infographic, but perhaps if I try not to overcomplicate the process, and go through the steps in determining the message I want to convey, I may develop something visually appealing and informative.
Right now, my brain is fried from trying to come up with post after post after post and submit and submit and submit before I can even jot down a decent idea. I am at a loss regarding the next blog I post, but in time I will improve.
